A. Shipment within Germany

1. Methods of Payment within Germany

Within Germany, we offer the following methods of payment:

• Invoice Payment
  You receive an invoice with your shipment. Payment is due upon receipt of goods.
  
• Advance Payment by Check/Money Order (Bank Transfer)
  Please remit your payment in advance to our bank account. We will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment.
  
• Online and Credit Card Payment through PayPal
  We offer secure online payment through our partner PayPal. You can easily set up a PayPal-account online. For information and registration go to www.paypal.com
  

2. Shipping Costs within Germany

We offer free shipment within Germany for order values over 50.00 EUR.
We charge a shipping rate of 3.00 EUR flat for all orders up to 49.99 EUR

3. Delivery within Germany

Usually, you will receive your order within one week. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. We deliver all orders through the Deutsche Post AG or the Dynamic Parcel Distribution (DPD).

4. Returns

We strongly advise you to contact us prior to returning an item to us. Please click on the German Flag one the top right to consult details about your "Widerrufsrecht" (in German only)

B. International Shipment

1. International Payment Methods

For international orders we accept advance payment only.

• Advance Payment by Check/Money Order (Bank Transfer)
  Please remit your payment in advance to our bank account. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.

If you would like to have your order delivered via air mail, please let us know when you place your order. You will receive a separate offer by e-mail.

3. Delivery international

Shipments within Europe will usually reach you within 10-15 days after we have received your payment. Worldwide shipments may take up to 6 weeks (surface) or 2-3 weeks (air). In case that an item is termporarily not available or delayed you will be notified by e-mail.

4. Returns international

We accept returns only after previous consultation. Any ensuing costs are payed by the customer.
