In case you have a problem with your Motipen using the various books, this issue can be resolved by re-downloading the audio files for the books you have a problem with.
Download and install MotiPen Manager using the followin link: Go to Motipen Manager
Connect the MotiPen to your computer and reset the pen via MotiPen Manager.
Re-download the audio files for the books you need.
While using MotiPen Manager, we also recommend downloading audio files for other supported products, if available, so the pen is fully updated.
