Shipping & Payment Terms
| Please note: Prices for EU-customers change according to shipping country from 1.July 2021 On 1 July 2021 the VAT obligations on e-commerce sales within the EU to consumers have changed. From this date, we apply the VAT rate of the Member State where the goods are dispatched to. Any visitor who is not logged into his/her account, will see the prices including German VAT of currently 19% or 7% for books. Visitors with a shipping address in an EU Member State will see the final prices only after putting an item into the shopping basket or logging into their account and selecting the shipping country. |
1. Shipping Costs
1.1 Shipping Costs within Germany
We offer free shipment within Germany for order values over 75.00 EUR.
We charge a flat shipping fee of 3.90 EUR for all orders up to 74.99 EUR
1.2 International Shipping Costs
We charge the following shipping costs for international orders.

If you would like to have your order delivered via express, please let us know when you place your order. You will receive a separate offer by e-mail.
2. Terms of Payment
2.1 PayPal
You pay online through our partner PayPal. You can easily register with PayPal and make secure online payments. For more information about PayPal, visit
www.paypal.com.
2.2 SEPA Direct Debit (processed by PayPal)
The invoice amount will be debited from your bank account via SEPA direct debit. A PayPal account is not required.
2.3 Credit Card or Debit Card (processed by PayPal)
You pay the invoice amount with your credit card or debit card. A PayPal account is not required.
2.4 Advance Payment (available from September 2024)
You transfer the specified invoice amount to the given bank account. The delivery will take place after the payment has been received.
3. Shipping and Transit Times
3.1 Domestic Shipping (within Germany)
In-stock-titles are ready for despatch within 1-3 workdays. Estimated availability times of out-of-stock titles are mentioned on the respective title page. Shipments within Germany usually take betweeen 1 to 3 workdays. In case that an item is temporarily not available or delayed you will be notified by e-mail. You can follow the status of your order in your customer account.
3.2 International Shipping
In-stock-titles are ready for despatch within 1-3 workdays. Estimated availability times of out-of-stock titles are mentioned on the respective title page. Shipments within Europe will usually reach you within 3-10 days after we have received your payment. Worldwide shipments may take 3-6 weeks. In case that an item is temporarily not available or delayed you will be notified by e-mail. You can follow thee status of your order in your customer account.
4. Returns
We
advise you to contact us prior to returning an item to us. For more information regarding returns, please see your Right of Revocation.
